Desert Flowers – Senegalia Senegal Raw Wild Honey

Born in the dry landscapes of Rajasthan, this is a honey shaped by heat, dust, thorn forests and the brief flowering of Senegalia senegal.

When these hardy desert trees bloom, their pale flowers become an important nectar source for wild bees. The result is a honey with a character very different from conventional floral honeys — deep amber, intense, earthy and slightly resinous, with a warm lingering finish.

Our Senegalia Senegal Honey is collected from wild hives, not produced as a standard commercial apiary honey. It is kept raw and minimally handled, preserving the natural aroma, texture and individuality of the harvest.

Every batch can vary slightly in colour, aroma and flavour because this honey belongs to a particular landscape, flowering season and colony.
