Raw honey harvested from wild bee burrows deep in the rainforests of Borneo. Dark, rich, and alive with a bold tangy flavor from natural fermentation.
This isn’t your regular floral honey. Borneo burrow honey is made by wild forest bees that nest in tree burrows. The honey naturally ferments in the humid jungle, giving it a bright, tangy kick + probiotic notes. Think honey meets kombucha. It’s raw, unprocessed, and full of character.
Taste: Bold, tangy, slightly sour with deep forest undertones
Texture: Thin to medium, flows fast, lots of natural bubbles from fermentation
Aroma: Earthy, woody, wild rainforest
How to use it
Straight spoon: 1 tsp for gut health and immunity
Drinks: Stir into warm water, tea, or tonic for a probiotic boost. Don’t use boiling water to keep the live cultures
Food: Drizzle on cheese, yogurt, or dark chocolate. The tang cuts richness beautifully
Cooking: Use in dressings and marinades for a fermented depth
Origin: Wild forests of Borneo
Type: Raw, unfiltered, wild burrow honey
Process: No heat, no pasteurization. Naturally fermented by jungle conditions
Storage: Room temp, away from direct sun. Natural fermentation may create bubbles and a slight “fizz” - that’s normal
Note: Because it’s wild and raw, taste and color vary batch to batch.
Crystallization or separation can happen naturally. Just stir and enjoy.Taste the wild side of honey. Each jar brings the rainforest straight to your spoon.
